You don't have a PayPal account? No worries, you can also pay with your regular debit/credit card.
We ship our straps with Deutsche Post, part of DHL Group. However for some countries, Deutsche Post cannot display the whereabouts of the item in real time due to system limitations. To fix this, you will need to check your tracking number in your local courier's website.
Since we aim to offer Free shipping worldwide, your strap will be posted without tracking number. However, if you want a tracking number, we can arrange this for you at an extra cost of €5.95 via registered post. Contact us for more info.

We put a lot of effort in creating our bands and we personally check everyone before shipping to ensure that meet with our quality standards.
In the unlikely event that your band doesn't arrive in the conditions you expected or doesn't work as required, please contact us so we can help you to solve it as soon as possible.
We also understand that accidents can happen, but unfortunately we don't cover the Apple Watch damage caused by accident or abuse. If your Apple Watch screen breaks accidentally, you might have the option to replace your Apple Watch for an out-of-warranty fee or if you have AppleCare+, you can use one of your covered incident for screen damage.
